Luke's Sports Coaching is a company that originated from a passion and love for sports. That passion that I have developed for physical and mental challenge I learned in the Marine Corps.

The mental and physical aspect of a triathlon comes back to my experience as a Marine. I understand like no other what it's like to break down physically and mentally but still persevere. I take this with me in my coaching.

In recent years I have specialized in endurance sports including other obstacle running, marathons, ultra running and Ironman triathlons. I guide from start to finish where I believe in personal contact and involvement with an athlete.
